The Nursing Building is an academic building comprised of academic and administrative facilities of FEU High School (FEU HS). Upon the establishment of FEU HS in 2016, the building was transferred under their management to serve as their main campus. As the former home of the now defunct Institute of Nursing, the building retained its name since it is still fully owned by the university. As FEU HS's student population grew, some of its classes has extended to nearby buildings such as the Accounts, Business and Finance and Architecture and Fine Arts buildings. Not affected by the transfer is the Virtual Integrated Nursing Education Simulation (VINES) Laboratory, a major facility for nursing courses now under the tutelage of the Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing. This laboratory acts as a training ground complete with different sections of a hospital and uses android patients that can be programmed for various medical cases.

Completed in the early 1960s to aid the university's rapid increase in population, the building has been home to various departments and offices.
