Railway Staion of kamoke was built before partition of Indo-pak. like other railway stations in pakistan it is also neglected by the authorities due to poor condition and corruption in Railway sector. 1 or 2 trains have stop over here daily. most of the people of kamoke have to travel by road trasportaion. as there are less facilities in railway sector. approximately 10,000 people travel daily from kamoke to other cities but pakistan railway does not earn a penny from them giving them no facility for traveling
