Colquitt is a city in Miller County, Georgia. As the lone incorporated municipality within Miller County, Colquitt also serves as the county seat. The city has a total area of 8.3 square miles (21.4 km²) per the United States Census Bureau, of which 8.2 square miles (21.4 km²) is land. Colquitt's population in the 2000 census was 1,839.

Incorporated December 19, 1860, the city was named for U.S. Senator Walter Colquitt, who was previously a clergyman, attorney and judge. Colquitt is known as the "Mayhaw Capital of the World", honoring the Mayhaw, a locally grown, small, red berry popular in jams and jellies. The city celebrates the National Mayhaw Festival annually on the third weekend in April.

Colquitt is home to Georgia's official Folk-Life Play, "Swamp Gravy", presented in Cotton Hall, a converted 70-year old cotton warehouse.
