The Project involves construction and rental of 20000 m2 of utility area to be found in three separate buildings located at Bobrzyńskiego Street 14 in Krakow, by the end of 2013. The buildings will be constructed stepwise with different purposes: Technology Park is designed for big and medium institutions/companies, Bio-Incubator for small and start-up companies, and Technology Park II for large and medium companies and institutions. The Park is fully adaptable for the specific needs of individual companies. The facility can be customized according to the specific needs of chemistry, biology, microbiology, pharmacology, and nanotechnology type of laboratories.

The first building – Technology Park I, with working space 5 980 m2 was assembled and accredited as ready-to-use in November 2008.
