As seen on the 4th episode of series 3 of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, this establishment was once the best restaurant in Derby, but had deteriorated for 25 years when a new owner bought it due to her own fond memories, not realizing how bad it had gotten. Hamstrung by an apathetic kitchen staff, Gordon Ramsay did his best to salvage the place.
