  "Not the best example of customer service lol. I turned up to get the screen glass of my phone replaced. Having got a quote online, I thought I would get a quote from Dr Unlock. I asked the guy behind the window (incidentally he had a very youg child with him, which makes this even worse) 'Can you replace the glass in this phone' holding the phone up to show him. He said 'We can only change the whole screen'. On hearing that, and knowing I already have a quote for just the screen online, I said ' It doesn't matter then. As I turned round to leave the shop he said to me 'what?' So I turned back and asked 'Why can't you just change just the screen?' (Expecting to get some kind of technical answer. I wasn't prepared for the response I did get which was 'Because we don't fu*king do that here!'. This was really aggressive too. I once again said ' like I said, it doesn't matter then'. On that i turned and left the shop to get in my car. Having started the car I noticed that the shop assistant was standing at the shop door, with his middle finger raised I'm my direction. He shouted 'and don't fu*king come back!'. I'm not quite sure why he thinks I would after the experience I got a few minutes earlier but I think I will take his advice. Lol"
