Manaareh Tower is a historic place remained from more than a century ago and it was constructed to watch the Caspian Sea incoming ships and for security of the town and harbour area. It is now a very famous tower and serves as the city hall clock which people can see from anywhere in the downtown area. This is a very famous landmark of Anzali now. You can see the www.manareh.com which is a site for Anzali youth expressing the town activities there.
