The International Tower is 32 stories high, and since it was built in 1966, it has become a landmark for the city of Long Beach. Originally built as a long term residence hotel, it was transformed and remodeled condominiums in 1987. For it's time it was the world's largest pre-stressed concrete structure upon completion. The International Tower has also become a part of the logo of the Long Beach Grand Prix annual Formula one race.
