The PalaisQuartier is a building project in the city centre of Frankfurt. It is located on an approximately 1.7-acre (0.69 ha) downtown area between the shopping area Zeil and the historic Eschenheim Tower, and has four components: The MyZeil shopping mall, a 135-metre high office tower, the 96 metres high Jumeirah Frankfurt Hotel and the reconstruction of the Palais Thurn und Taxis. Construction started in July 2004 and the project was completed in 2009.
