Dara Pur, Tehsil: Phillaur, District: Jalandhar, State: Punjab (India) is a small and peaceful village. This village has a famous Baba Jogi Peer Sahib Temple which commemorates the ancient ancestor of Chahal Jatt Sikhs. An annual fare is held here in which langar and various competitions are held.

It is quite creditable that this village surpasses all other nearby villages in education and govt. service.Before partition this village was known as the village of wrestlers who were all trained by Hukma Pahalwan of Mehsam Pur. This village also has a very low crime record. The residents are law abiding, peace loving and self employed.
