Ruska Lozova (Ukrainian: Руська Лозова) is a village in the Derhachi City Hromada (community) in the Kharkiv Raion (district) of the Kharkiv Oblast (region) of Ukraine.

Until 18 July 2020, Ruska Lozova belonged to the Derhachi Raion (district).
In 2020, the raion was abolished as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Kharkiv Oblast (region) to seven.
The area of Derhachi Raion was merged into Kharkiv Raion.
Until 2020, the former local government was the Ruska Lozova Village Council.

Ruska Lozova was founded in 1663.
The village is located near the source of the Lozovenka River.
Population: 5,018 (2001).
