  Green Valley is the Dairy Farm, Bantay Kalbo, Stock Farm, Dontogan which is Shuyo,Wetig Tuba Central Benguet. It was never been in the city of Baguio. Only when Cordillera came into place, an evidence of what the NCIP had done to the IP's of Benguet,especially the Ibaloi who owns wide track of land in Baguio-Benguet. Ikang Paus land is adjacent to Suello's land. It's a Title land of late mayor of Tuba, Benguet now taken by the city of Baguio, Suello subdivision, another case of city land grabbing Ibaloi's land. Also another site in Baguio owned by an Ibaloi Wesley Senot in Pinsao, Title land was grabbed again by the city and became a Bontoc Village. Also Andres Acop title land in Pinsao,Belshang was also grabbed by the city and sold it to Tagalog people. Ibaloi's wealth are being taken by migrants of Baguio and benefited most of it.
