Plaza Marbella sits on a prime chunk of beachfront land at the mid-bay Diana traffic circle - and features a variety of commercial and professional tenants, including the following:
Scotiabank, InterJet, the Canadian Consulate, restaurants Napoli - El Olvido - Pizza Hut - and Lalo, and the retail stores Martí - Señor Frog's - Tommy Hilfiger - and Squalo.
The east side of the plaza, which houses the above-mentioned stores and several other businesses, is locally referred to as 'Aca Mall' - though it's actually an extension of the Marbella. The south side of the plaza, just in front of the restaurant El Olvido, is the approximate point at which Playas Morro and Condesa meet.
