The construction began in 2006, the project was named Topaz. Due to financial crisis, the construction was stopped and stood abandoned until 2018, when Fenix Group decided to finish it in several years, renaming it to Lukianivskyi, and later to Lukyanivka Work&Relax (shortened to LUWR).
