The parish church is located north of Bosa Marina, a village in the municipality of Bosa (OR).
Legend has it that the heavy statue of the Holy (probably the figurehead of a ship), carried by the current, has come miraculously on the shores of the Sea of Bosa.Il discovery, apparently occurred in 1675, was considered miraculous and so it was decided to dedicate the Santa a church. The church is open daily for worship and celebrations of the Holy are made on the first Sunday of August.
