This is an old abandoned bridge originally belonging to the FCA ( Ferrocarril Central Argentino) , later to Ferrocarril Mitre and now to NCA holdings, current licensee from the Argentinian state. Traffic stopped on 1970, and several kilometers of rails to Casilda have been vandalized, same as the embankments for these rails. Pictures available at Panoramio / Google Earth, showing metal straps on its structure with year labels dating 1886. It can be easily accessed by non-paved side road, any car, and the bridge can be walked over and explored, to have a nice view of river and landscape.
Berreta little town has suffered from railroad disband, raising hopes to recover some train service someday, same as most of railroad lovers do.
