  The coffee machine won't return change if you change your mind and decide not to buy coffee. This is a place of #thieves Also there is hardly any software on the computers here - not even CutePDF (printer). So you are forced to print hard copies (10 p per page) and scan them. This is just another way that this library fleeces visitors. This is a place of #thieves.
