The great place, where Zamindar Late Shri Parmeshwar Prashad Singh and his younger brother Late Shri Indradeo Narayan Singh used to live here, it had a local courtroom, more recognizably an old personal Thakurbadi. The Thakurbadi is used to have a very precious austdhatu Shri Ram Lala Thakur Ji idol. This precious Idol is stolen in 1985.

This place has witnessed many mishaps and impacted by local Zamindari political upheavals over a huge property. However, this Zamindari dynasty has always been very nice to their people and popular. They had opened primary and high schools in their area which later destroyed by Naxals in rage.

Besides that, Late. Shri Parmeshwar Prashad Singh family was a great contributor to the land for NH-98 and managed to flow a canal through his Zamindari area for better cultivation and water transport.

Moreover, Shri Indradeo Narayan Singh was educated from Cambridge University and chosen to devote his life to the country freedom struggle. He was highly actively participated in the freedom fight and had bullet injuries in his both legs in an ambush by British India. But he never sought any help in day to day life even in his old age and managed to walk with his mysterious support stick (hidden gun fitted). He was a brave heart personality.

  • My family heartly respect to Shri parmeshwar Prashad Singh.. He was very down to earth, and only becouse of him, i m what i am today. nobody helped my father to educate me but the last scope was Phatak baba. I was only 5 year old when my father(cann't disclose name) begged to all so called harijan leaders to guide and help to get my school admission in sainik school. but all have takenbenifit of needy father. After all these so called dalit leaders froud... Phatak baba helped my father, and i escaped to get best education. I have heared some creepy thing done by Naxals to his family.. its really sad about my cast. I shame on this. if anybody reading this from there.. please realize truth.

  • I am from konikuti, been in primary school which Parmeshwari Pd Singha has build on his Land nr. on road side after gobar gas plant. I always will be thankful to this Jamindaar family who given all of villagers a great chance to grow.
