  To the Manager - Sava Centre Merton I would just like to tell you of a very positive experience yesterday at Sainsbury's Merton,local grocers for many many years. I was recently daiognised with breast cancer and am now undergoing treatment which has left me rather weak and due to surgery it is not adviseable for me to carry heavy loads.Yesterday I shopped at Sainsbury to stock up to 'recover' from my Chemotherapy - and was pleasantly surprised beyond my expectations of sales till staff. I was served at the till by a charming young lady who very kindly helped pack my shopping, and when she learnt of my condition, she also offered to take my shopping to my car as she was coming to the end of her shift. Her help and kind words really cheered me up during a very difficult time in my life. Her name is Holly, and she went the extra mile for your customer and I would be grateful if you could relay my message to her, and please bare ths in mind when she has her next appraisal. Please also say a big thank you to Holly from me. Thank you Ms Shaheen Sadiq
