  • this project is rubbish.. the company REMCO is so bad managed...too much delay.. no progress..fooling people..not professtional..my advise is not to deal with them.. be careful..those who already bought please go to the court and sue the company

Now it is a court case and legal action against this bad company. please don't deal with them. visit the site and see by yourself. I have been waiting 4 years and the vela never existed. be careful ...
  • this project is still under construction, its been under construction for many years now, however the company now is serious about finishing the project it shouldnt be a lot longer before its done. its relatively cheaper price due to high percentage of bua and percentage of greenery and landscape in compound. plus beach is relatively small for number of units. when its done it should be decent though. it will never be one of the best compounds around but it will be decent enough. its riced fairly and will appreciate easily in the future
