The EICC is owned by the City of Edinburgh Council and operates as an independent commercial venture.

With its history, architecture and festivals, Edinburgh has long been popular with tourists but the EICC was built to attract more business visitors.

Since opening in 1995, we have welcomed more than 700,000 delegates through our doors for more than 2,000 events, generating £220m for the city.
