Doha International Airport is the former commercial airport in Qatar. It had 3 mosques, free Wi-Fi, a large duty-free area, a few eateries, and 44 airline stands. Its 15,000-foot runway is one of the longest at a civil airport. It was the main base of Qatar Airways. The existing airport was replaced in 2014 when the New Doha International Airport opened.
