  • The called Cresincia Village was created May 1, 1968. Upon blessing of his excellency Ferdinand E. Marcos. Through his honor , Mayor Luis Lardizabal of Baguio City. The first barangay captain appointed by Mayor Lardizabal was Jose L. Segundo, with six (6) councilmen, one barangay treasurer and one secretary and by way of resolution duty approved by the body and was submitted to his honor Luis Lardizabal the Cresencia Village was created in honor of the name of the first lady of Baguio City , Cresencia Valdez Lardizabal.
