Read about planes landing on a designated Taxi-way. Pilots believe they are landing on a main runway. Many types of warnings have been tried, but landing errors still occur. Catastrophic events are likely, however, landings on the taxi way have not yet had serious consequences, so far. (This is not the only airport to have this problem.)
