The Santo lake in the province of Parma is the bigger glacial lake of the province of Parma and Emilia-Romagna and it is the bigger natural lake of Northern Appennine. The lake is in the Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano and Parco Regionale dei Cento Laghi. In the south, not too far, there is Marmagna mountain and the province of Massa Carrara. turismo.comune.parma.it/
