  • Our family has been operating this farm since 1992 after introducing improvements and planting carabao and other varieties of mangoes, the recent one is the Chokonan variety from Thailand. We just planted rice this January 2010 and we hope that the El Nino phenomenon will not adversely affect our production this mid-April. Our mango production is not so good compared to last year, maybe due to climate change. Pero, we are happy to note that those who bought and tested our mangoes are clamoring for more supply which we will try to meet by April 2010. Feel free to exchange your views and ideas.   • Hi! It's Feb. 2011 and since last year, we have experienced unpredictability of weather systems most likely due to global warming and climate change. We've tried two inducements (Sept and Dec 2010) to force our mango trees to flower, but still, we cannot get positive results. Kaunti lang mangga ang namulaklak at nag-iisip kami kung magbobomba ulit. Sa palay naman, problema pa rin ang kakulangan sa patubig. Kung umuulan at bumabaha sa Visayas at Mindanao, halos walang ulan ngayon sa Bulacan at pati Metro-Manila. Ewan ko kung paano malulunasan mga ganitong problema ng gobyerno na halos di mo maramdaman kanilang tulong o ayuda. Kaya mga farmers ay ginagawa lahat ng magagawa para mapaani kanilang bukid. Sana ay maganda mangyayari sa ating panahon sa darating na mga buwan. Salamat!!!
  • I just included recent photos of the farm and me, ALFREDO 'SID" ISIDRO. How I wish that weather will improve in the coming weeks for our mangoes to completely bloom. Two weeks ago, we tried our 3rd inducement. Sana magbulaklak na!
