This site is used for the emergency services and utilities to broadcast to their mobile units and as a link station, at 568M ASL the view from here is superb, also used by CBers, Ham Radio Enthusiasts "courting Couples" and flytippers. One of the best "radio" sites in South Wales.

  • My good friend owns Gelli Farm (the land which the tower is situated upon) I remember taking a Motorbike ride up there once.
  • I've walked up there. It can be very cold and windy, but it's still beautiful despite that and despite the fly-tipping. Please thank your friend for allowing people on to his land.
