The Old and ancient Town of the Britain History. It is situated on the bank of river ravi. Due to Ravi Land Scaping the town is decreasing its prosperity. Huge BAZAR is increasing its charm. Mostly families are Businessmen/Farmers like KHERL (RAI),KHOKHAR, RAAJPOOT,MALIK,ARAYEN(Ch),PAWAR and two SYED Residencies. There are five mosques like SUNNI, SHIA,AHLE-HADEES,DEWBAND. Govt High school for Boys and girls, 4X English School NISHAN-E-HAIDER,ISLAMIA and two others.
Unfortunately there is no play ground but some very good cricket teams ,Haidr e Karaar cricket club(Founder Syed Hassan Raza Bukhari) and rahi cricket clucb (Abdullah Br) both teams are the same Founder, my ever great brother NEIMAT ULLAH RAHI SHAHEEED.
