  • This is the last exit on South Luzon Expressway for now. It will be extended to STAR Tollway in Sto. Tomas, Batangas and the SLEX will eventually extended far south as Pagbilao, Quezon Province. EXIT 50: From SLEX, keep going until the very end of the expressway will take you to Calamba City proper, Los Banos, Sta. Cruz and Rizal province. Turning right from SLEX will take you to Batangas, Lucena City, Bicol Region and far south as Visayas and Mindanao by using ferry in Matnog, Sorsogon to get to Samar, Leyte or Mindanao.
  • EXIT 50 - Calamba Interchange - Brgy. Turbina, Calamba, Laguna This is the last exit on SLEX for now. It will be extended to STAR Tollway in Santo Tomas, Batangas and extend SLEX all the way to Pagbilao, Quezon Province. Left goes to Calamba City proper, Los Banos, Sta. Cruz and Rizal Province. Right goes to Batangas, Lucena City and the Bicol Region.
  • The Calamba Interchange is the southern terminus of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) until the construction of SLEX extension to Sto. Tomas (STAR Tollway) is finished, which will take place near the end of 2009 or early in 2010. When the completion of SLEX extension to Sto. Tomas (STAR Tollway) takes place, you don't have to drive through the Maharlika Highway. The SLEX may also be extended far south as Lucena City or Pagbilao in Quezon Province in the future.

By the end of 2009 or early 2010, it will be connected to the STAR Tollway in Sto. Tomas, Batangas and there is the possibility of extending the SLEX far south to Lucena City or Pagbilao in the Quezon Province. EXIT 50A (eastbound) - Left goes to Calamba City proper, Los Banos, Sta. Cruz, Pagsanjan Falls and Rizal province. EXIT 50 (westbound) - Right goes to Batangas, Lucena City, the Bicol region and the southern Philippines.
