Le Centre d’Éducation au Patrimoine Ospitalea a été créé en 2002 à l’initiative du Conseil général des Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Il est situé au cœur du village d’Irissarry, dans un monument historique réhabilité, l'ancienne commanderie construite au XVIIe siècle par l’Ordre de Malte.
