The Palivere railway station was located in the village of Palivere, Lääne-Nigula parish, Lääne County. Until 2004, the Keila–Haapsalu railway passed through Palivere. The railway station had two low platforms and three tracks, the middle one being the main track. The station also had a short loading ramp and a complex of buildings. The last regular passenger train DR1A-226, decorated with a spruce wreath and the slogan "Farewell, Haapsalu", passed through the Palivere station on 22 September 1995.
