Sinheung red light district (성남시 Seongnam city)

Red light district near Exit 2 of Sinheung Station. Scantly-clad prostitutes sit in near-empty storefront windows with pink lights glowing on the ceilings and wait for customers to walk by. Hardly any will take in foreigners & will usually look away, give you "the hand", or claim (in Korean) that they don't speak English to show this.
