  Rated as one of the top country clubs in CT. This establishment is the jewel of Ellington, and attracts many rich and powerful men. Dave Vibber was the greens keeper and has done a decent job over the years, though he is considered a joke among his coworkers, and is hardly taken seriously. It is well known that Al Semperbon deserves the most credit for the well being of the course's condition. Unfortunetly, many members of this club tend to be conceited (as are most memebers at most country clubs) and show little warmth or hospitality to guests or outsiders. Regardless, the course is nice. And so is the new irrigation system.
