In the Russian center of the square is a monument-bust pilots-heroes, Doctor of historical Sciences Barashevo, C. N. Trevino and N. C. Podchufarova, died 20 August 1943. The authors of the monument - sculptor Yuri Borisenko and architect N. R. Polunin.

In the square stands the cornerstone "in the place where there should be erected a monument to victims of political repression".
