Gloria's Capas Rice Mill is now the biggest rice mill in Capas, Tarlac providing jobs to more than a hundred individuals. It was established in the 1970's by Antonio Rodriguez Sr and Gloria Rodriguez whose primary goal is to help others by providing employment.
