Now this pool is converted just a sidewalk, but like you can see in this old pictures (2007) there was a pool.
And there was sidewalk in each side of it. This thick concrete covers over sidewalk was actually a real purpose, it was protect people down there, if accidentaly falling some ice or other things from tower. In present time can just wonder, how stupid are renovation architects, that they not thinking this thing.
