We are pleased to present to you the Inn at Terrace Point, beautiful accommodations designed for couples and individuals seeking romance, retreat or relaxation on Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior.

Located between Lutsen and Grand Marais, we invite you to stay in a setting where solitude equals the sound of waves rolling along the rugged ledge rock shoreline, coastal seagulls singing overhead, Lake Superior breezes and the warm glow of the fire in your room.

The organic design concept for the Inn at Terrace Point was created by acclaimed architect John H. Howe. As an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright, he was considered to be "a good pencil in the master's hand". Howe worked at the Taliesin Fellowship for 25 years and wrote,

"Having worked with Mr. Wright for such a long time, I cannot but follow his architectural principles. This ethic requires that a building be in harmony with its site, naturally express its purpose, and be built according to the nature of the materials and the construction process."

The structures at Terrace Point are integrated into the natural setting of Lake Superior's North Shore and represent the design principles of Frank Lloyd Wright and John Howe. Architect Robert J. Davis and his team of designers are committed to upholding these principles as they develop the Inn at Terrace Point to meet the needs of today's discriminating vacation property enthusiast.
