This once was a very big site with 600 plots. Some of the site sold to NHS and now there are 130 plots. The site recently had green palisade security fencing erected around the whole site, new highway standard haulingways and new water main, native hedgerow around the perimeter, and 20 chalet plot, 15 starter plots, landscaped areas, community orchard and a new purpose built trading/community building.
