 railway platform, railway stop

Taevaskoja railway station (German: Taevaskoda) is a railway station on the Tartu–Koidula railway line in Põlva County. The station is located directly next to the village of Taevaskoja, but administratively the platform and waiting pavilion are on the lands of the village of Kiidjärve. Taevaskoja station has one short platform, 35 m long, which means that exiting and entering the train only takes place through the C-area. Depending on the day of the week and the season, 1–4 passenger trains run on the Tartu–Koidula railway line per day. The train travels from Tartu to Taevaskotta for about 50 minutes. Northeast of Taevaskoja station, along the Ahja River, are some of the largest sandstone outcrops in Estonia, 25 m high.
