South Colonnade

South Colonnade building is a 9-story, 410,500 square foot building. Formerly the BellSouth/AT&T Colonnade South building. The building was completely occupied by BellSouth and then AT&T until 2009. Offices in the building were consolidated into the many other AT&T buildings in the Birmingham area. The building is still under long-term lease with AT&T and is currently available for sublease.
