train station, railway platform, railway stop
Põllküla railway station is located in the village of the same name in Lääne-Harju Parish, Harju County. The stop is located along the Keila–Paldiski broad-gauge railway, 41 km from the Baltic Station. The stop is located between the Klooga-Aedlinna and Laoküla railway stations. Since March 2010, a new platform has been used, which is 55 cm high and 30 metres long. Thus, exiting the train is only possible through the C zone of the train. The station is a stop for AS Elroni electric trains running on the Tallinn–Paldiski route. Before the new platform was built, the platform used was approximately 200 metres long and 110 cm high, but it has now been demolished.
