    Silao is famous for khaja and it's Tilkut.here i live in. khaja is made by sour water with ingredients 'Maida' 'Oil' and Suger with kesaria color. the mixer of total item is flated and folded 16-20 times and fired in hot oil. and serve alone to eat. it is testy superbly. i like it very much.
