  • The beers are made after German ways. The weiss and the brow are especially good, and the lager is not bad either; only tale the "seasonal" if you like experimenting and are not afraid of new tastes. In my case, the "seasonal" beer tasted and smelled as if someone added medical iodine tincture in it!
  • We visited Fujiyoshida for the week-end and one of the reasons was to go to the brewery. We booked a hotel nearby so we could walk which was more expensive than in town. When we got to the brewery it was closed for a private function, on a Saturday night !!?? It ruined our week-end. I wouldn't plan on it been open all the time, plan your visits, or maybe so some-where who cares about casual visitors, which is where most of their income will come from. Disgusted of Numazu.
