  I am living here, the look is good. The quality is average only. The flat are huge, compared to other buildings. The rent is low compared to other buildings. The facilities are very nice (swim pool, gym, sauna, steem). The building has no name!!!

  very poor quality... cracked tiles, cracked door which doesn't closes properly, spot light fails regularly, no noise reduction, poor closets, poor bath fittings...

  I live here. The quality is very good, the maintenance was poor for the first three years. But now it is maintained under the owner maintenance company, and it is much much better, and faster. It has Swimming pool, GYM, Sauna.
