My Daadi's Village ...I used to visit here every Summer vacation .. we had a very huge joint family
and whenever there was some occasion everyone used to gather and it used to be great fun .
I had not one but many Baba(Grandpa) and daadi(grandma) while chacha and chahi were uncountable
(the whole village was like one big family and out of which ours was the biggest ) ..
.I remember how in the morning we kids used to gather at our Dalan early in the morning and do our
homeworks under the stern surveillance of our Totai chacha(as we used to call him) and how my sis Nuri
and Biddu bhaiya used to always get some canes for not being able to solve maths problems assigned to them.
.. (sorry bhaiya if you happen to read it ! )..There was love and enjoyment all around ..
why cant we live like that forever.. ?
After a few days stay here we used to go to my Nani's village( Konaila : only three km towards west)
and stay there for another 15-20 days and more fun all over again...
In memories almost everything becomes so good .. and nostalgic.
And while we are living the present we waste it just like that only to later regret about it.
