LCPN organized and existed under laws of the Lao PDR with its head office located at Central bank’s campus, is established to provide a centralized financial infrastructure for electronic payments, remittances and other inter-bank financial transactions within Laos. Under licensed by the Central Bank of Lao, LCPN operates the central electronic network system in Laos that facilitates the national switching and clearing of all electronic transactions, inclusive of debit, credit, ATM, and any other service that may be introduced, between banks/financial institutions.
