Fredriksborg Fort

An older fortification, across a more recent one. Most probably a taxation and protection point going in and out of Stockholm. This is the new route, the older one being close to Vaxholm.

I was told the waterway protected by these forts was filled with rocks at some point to force boats and ships to go to Vaxholm instead...but this way is wider and deeper.
