This Mandir was very ancient and previously it was situated in the old simra near the bank of river Ajay , now for more than 50 years it shifted in this place with efforts of SHYAMAPADA GUPTA , ASWINI KUMAR GUPTA , SUSIL ROY , ANIL ROY , GUNGU ROY , SADHAN JAGATI etc. Shri LAXMI NARAYAN JHA & NABA HARI JHA was two prominent BRAMHANS who took prominent role to establish the mandir in this place.Now the brahaman Ramakant Jha is the main pujari of this temple with his assistant Ashok Jha.
