300 North State Street in Chicago was designed by Bertrand Goldberg Associates and completed in 1967, the two identical corncob-shaped 65-story towers are each 581 feet tall and the bottom 18 stories is parking space. The complex originally included the two apartment towers (now condominiums), restaurant, movie theater (now the House of Blues), bowling alley and office building (now a hotel).
