The oldest building in Lanciano, founded in 1059. It has an extremely simple structure. The walls are of bare stone and the roof trusses are visible inside. Note the following:
- crypt
- bell tower built between 1345 and 1400
- Gothic portal at the base of the tower
The decoration is a typical example of the town's style.
